The focus of this work is on executing internal initiatives to support the development, testing and release of corporate information technology infrastructure. Responsibilities will include the operational status of a Windows computer system or network and occasionally light scripting. Candidate will assist and manage coordinated troubleshooting efforts between Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 and will assist infrastructure staff with capacity planning, utilization review & performance monitoring as needed. Candidate must have strong troubleshooting and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a flexible environment.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Normal office setting, therefore the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Use of hands to operate computer equipment. Frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
